Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation (TNSC) recently announced it has signed a gas supply agreement with Long Son Petrochemicals (LSP), one of the Group companies of The Siam Cement Group (SCG, headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand), for the supply of nitrogen within Long Son Island in the Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province of Vietnam.

TNSC has signed this gas supply agreement with LSP to supply nitrogen to LSP via a pipeline, and through its Vietnamese subsidiary, the Vietnam Japan Gas (VJG), TNSC is now planning to construct an ASU and sell liquefied gas to customers in the surrounding market.

TNSC currently operates its industrial gas business in Vietnam through VJG with five manufacturing factories and three sales offices established in both the northern and southern regions of Vietnam.
