Air Liquide (AL) recently announced a long term agreement to supply ultra high purity (UHP) hydrogen, helium, and carbon dioxide to one of the world’s largest semiconductor manufacturers.
AL plans to invest nearly 60 million U.S. dollars to build onsite plants and systems at a new manufacturing site in Phoenix, Arizona, in support of this agreement. Operations and supply are expected to start in the second half of 2022.
AL doesn’t specified customer company, but It's highly likely to be Taiwan TSMC. Now TSMC constructing new foundry factory in Phoenix
