Nippon Sanso Corporation (NSC), recently announced it has successfully completed its merger transaction with Taiyo Toyo Sanso (TTS).
The new corporation name is Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation (TNSC), and it is now largest and most influential industrial gas company in Japan.
TNSC has approximately 240 affiliated and subsidiary companies, with over 7000 employees and a significant presence in 11 countries include Matheson Tri-Gas in U.S.
