Air Liquide (AL) recently announced the signing, through Soxal, an Air Liquide/BOC joint venture, of a series of contracts with STMicroelectronics (STMi).
These contracts are for the three semiconductor plants (5",6",8") at STMi’s Technopark in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.
SOXAL is to supply the three STMi fabs with ultra-pure nitrogen, hydrogen and the specialty gases used in chip fabrication.
