Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation (hereinafter “TNSC”), a Japanese industrial gas company in the Nippon Sanso Holdings Group, along with a TNSC affiliate, Taiyo Nippon Sanso ATI Corporation, opened the TNSC Innovation Center Hibikino at the Kitakyushu Science and Research Park to promote research and development of semiconductor-related equipment.
At the Center, TNSC will install our cutting-edge products and work on equipment research and development, including optimizing the use of semiconductor-related equipment through joint development with various research institutions.
The reason for opening the new facility in the Kitakyushu Science and Research Park is that the Park has a high concentration of semiconductor-related research bases and researchers, and offers an environment blessed with a research system that brings together industry, academia, and government.
