Using an innovative process configuration, the FTF harnesses the speed and economy of liquid nitrogen cooling to create food products enrobed with a variety of sauce or herb mixtures.
With the preference for convenience driving customers' food choices and ready-to-eat frozen meals currently making up over 27 percent of all main dishes.
The FTF is designed to complement that growth by making frozen food easily portionable into individual servings.
