Linde AG recently has acquired Crio Medizintechnik of Birkenfeld, thereby continuing its expansion within the German market for respiratory homecare.
Respiratory Homecare refers to the business of supplying respiratory patients with medical gases (like oxygen) as well as the technical equipment they need to use the therapy at home.
Crio Medizintechnik employs 70 persons and has yearly sales of about 10 million euro, making them one of Germany's leaders in this market.
