Scott Specialty Gases recently announced the world's first introduction of low-concentration Formaldehyde(HCHO) Calibration Standards. They comply with new test Method 320 as issued in October 2003 by the U.S. EPA, concerning natural gas powered turbines that exhibit potential to emit HCHO.
Available in concentrations ranging from 0.1 to 30 ppm, Scott's new calibration standards will enable industry to accurately monitor emissions of HCHO as an environmental pollutant.
Guaranteed to be stable for a minimum of six months, the standards provide ¡¾3% analytical accuracy and are traceable to NIST by weight.
This Standards are available in 29.5 liter and 5.0 liter aluminum high-pressure cylinders that have received Scott's exclusive AculifeR VIII cylinder treatment.
